What to Expect

Imagine back to an experience where you felt really Self connected: present, alive, with curiosity and wonder towards your experience, and towards your life. What if that experience was more readily available, and integrated into daily life?

In our work, unsafety is what most commonly takes us out of this Self connection–when we’re unable to meet our survival needs, we lose connection with ourselves.

This weekend will be about meeting that unsafety in us, and cultivating something we talk about as “Foundational Safety”, an embodied sense of safety that allows us to come back to ourselves regardless of what we’re experiencing.

We’ll be cultivating the awareness to recognise “I don’t feel safe right now”, and become empowered to create the safety we need..

Within this inquiry, we’ll also look into nervous system regulation, what our needs are in connection with others, and how to create safety for ourselves in real time. And finally we’ll talk about how to integrate this work into the real world beyond the practice space.

This weekend will be focused on the Cultivating Foundational Safety module in the Direct Path to Self Love: a framework and inquiry for coming back to Self connection and meeting ourselves exactly as we are, with no need to change or fix.

Our work is grounded in, but not limited to, Transformational Connection and Surrendered Leadership. There will be meditations, pair practices, group exercises, and surrendered space–all in service of the exploration of coming back to ourselves in connection.
